"Very good but not perfect"
I purchased an Amana top load washer about 5 years ago. It was an average priced machine. We are only two people, are children are out of the house so the wash loads have shrunk. I wanted just the basic features, different water temps and load sizes. It also came with a second rinse which I can turn on when I need it.I like this feature very much. The machine washes very well. I am satisified with it's performance, but I noticed that in the rinse cycle, it does not spin out all the water.With my old machine the clothed were practically dry. Sometimes I have to spin again. That's my only disappointment. It has never been repaired and I would recommend it to friends but I would inform them about the rinse cycle.

"My Washing Machine Has Been a good Buy"
When I first purchased my new washer, the belt slipped and the drum would not spin the clothes. This was a few days after buying the washer. I called the company where I bought it and they came to my home, right away, and replaced the belt. The repair was a simple job and took no longer than a half hour, at no charge of course. I have had no problems since. I have owned my washing machine for about nine years now. I like the fact that it has not given me any trouble since. There is no reason to dislike it. It is quiet and still spins the water out of the clothes. If it comes to the time when I need to replace the washing machine, I would no doubt choose another Amana. I would definitely recommend this brand to a friend, and possibly to all my friends.

"A Look at My Washing Machine"
Ive owned the washing machine for three years. I like the fresh quality of my clothes after washing. I dislike nothing about it. Ive had to repair it several times, but, not being an expert at the matter, called in an expert named jeff who fixed the engine or something, and also replaced several dials. After a year, the machine is still running smooth. Yes, i would buy the same brand and model, and i would definetly recommend it for friends, family, and acquaintances. It is low priced at 1,000 dollars, at least for someone as rich as me, and will last you a life time, or close to it. In fact, my first house even burnt down, and this thing went unscathed through the flames, short of a few burnt wires. It was the only thing left as it was metal and did not burn. I treasure it, and even when it stops working, i will never, ever,ever, in my whole entire life, ever throw it away.

"The washer rocks"
We are satisfied with this washer machine. We have owned the washer machine for a few years since we moved to Florida, we like that it washes very well and does not leak often, we also love the large capacity and often wash 20 - 25 pieces of clothing each load. But we dislike that it shakes a lot and sometimes is very loud. We have never had only had to repair it once due to a leaky pipe. It was very easy to repair and only took about 30 minutes. We have not needed any assistance from a repair man since then. We have recommended it to quite a few friends and they have said good thing as well. We will most likely buy the same type or brand in the future unless a better deal comes around that also has the quality we found in this machine.
