"Quiet And Beautiful Washing Machine"
I purchase the LG - 3.5 Cu. Ft. 7-Cycle High-Efficiency Washer about six months ago to replace my ten year old washing machine. This little guy is amazing! It is so smart. It has a SenseClean system where you put your clothes in the washer and it determines how much time and water it needs by the size and weight of your items. It is so incredibly simple to use! My favorite feature of the LG - 3.5 Cu. Ft. 7-Cycle High-Efficiency Washer is it has a setting where you can wash a quick load of laundry. It is great for when I just need an outfit cleaned quickly before work, it is done in less than twenty minutes. Also a great feature is the hand wash cycle. It delicately washes my more sensitive clothing. I do not have one bad thing to say about this washer. It is quick, quiet, and cleans clothes to a T. I would definitely by the same brand again and I recommend it to anyone looking to replace their old washer!

"Large capacity, very efficient"
I purchased my LG Tromm Front loading washing machine about five years ago, and have never regretted it. It has an extremely large capacity from the old top loading agitator type washing machine which I had previously owned. It uses very little water per load, and is constantly cycling in fresh water so the clothes aren't "stewing" in old, dirty water. It operates very quietly, and is extremely easy to use. There is very little I don't love about this washing machine. Occasionally, when washing large comforters or large items, the drum will become off-balance. The weight of a wet comforter will make it hard to stay balanced, so the bedding needs to be continually moved around so the water can spin out of it. In the five years I have had my washing machine, I have never had to make any repairs to it. It has been zero maintenance during the entire time I have owned it. If I had to purchase another washing machine, I would purchase this one again in an instant. While it was expensive to purchase initially, it has been worth its weight in gold. I have three kids and a husband who is extremely hard on his clothes, and this machine has never let me down. It is used almost daily, and has left me extremely satisfied. I would recommend this washing machine to friends or family in a heartbeat.

"High Efficient Samsung Washing Machine"
I recently upgrading my old washing machine for the new high efficient LG WM2050CW washing machine. First off, this thing is quiet! Compared to my old machine, my LG barely produces any sounds and I no longer have to close the door to my laundry room so I can hear the TV. It uses less water and saves me money and spins faster which means my clothes are more dry when they come out of the machine and doesn't take as long to dry in the dryer which means I save more money. My LG is still going strong and has yet to have any mechanical issues. The only dislike to my machine is the height. The new H.E. machines are short and if you want them higher, you have to pay an additional amount for a stand. All in all, I highly recommend this washer to anyone that is in the market for a new washer looking to save money on their water bill.

"LG: Making Sure Your (Washing Machine) Life is Good"
I'm quite happy with my washing machine, and I am going to tell you why. The LG brand is a very reliable brand, ranking among the best brand names in its field. Another big plus is its long lasting durability and quality customer service. I've owned this washing machine for about 2 years now, and in all of that time, I've only had to run very minor maintenance on it, just to make sure everything is still solid. These minor repairs have taken a few minutes, and it's been more like ‘making sure it still washes the clothes' as opposed to ‘repairing the whole thing'. I can't think of one thing I dislike about my washing machine, and as such, I would recommend it to a friend, or anyone really, in a split second, and if need be, I would definitely go with the LG brand of washing machines once again.

"Review of LG Wasing Machine"
I have owned my washing machine for about 6 months now and have been very pleased with the results. The LG is a very modernized and "cool" brand as this concept is definitely injected into the style. I definitely feel the look of it speaks to the quality and craftsmanship of the designers. Another positive that I enjoy with this washing machine are the twelve different wash settings that it has. My old washing machine only had 3 making it very one dimensional and boring. The LG adds a twist and gives you the ability to decide exactly what you want. One of the disadvantages to this washing machine, I feel, is the small space inside that it occupies requiring you to do multiple loads for what would be fewer loads from a large machine. Other than this, I would definitely recommend it to a friend, especially a peer of my age. Good luck!

"LG front loading washing machine"
We purchased the LG front loading washing machine about 2 or 3 years ago. I like the look and the price was right. I didn't shop around much or compare prices because i felt as though this one was cheap enough. The first couple times i used it, i used normal settings and didn't use any of the "special features" on it. There is a sanitary cycle setting, I decided to use it and well, it took extremely long, almost 2 hours. So if you are in a hurry, do not use this! There are certain settings that are offered on the machine but you do not have the option to change the water temperatrue from hot to cold or vice versa. There is a child safety lock but can only be used after the machine is already on, so my two year old son has pushed a few buttons and turned the machine on himself. My overall rating for this is very low. I have also encountered a smell, sort of like, well, old laundry. Apparantly this isn;t covered by a warranty. I wouldn't purchase another one of these models or recommend it to anyone.

"Great Budget Priced Washing Machine"
I purchased this washing machine approximately 6 months ago to replace an old "hand-me-down" that my parents gave to my husband and I a while ago. I was looking for something that wasn't too expensive, but I wanted a front loading machine. This washing machine is very modern looking and seems to work fairly well. Sometimes when I wash small loads it seems that the washing machine will report an error. At which time, I have to rearrange the clothing inside and start it back up. That does not bother me though, as it is few and far between. It has only happened twice in 6 months. The only other downside to this machine is the length of time it takes to run a cycle. It seems like it takes forever. I mean, it definitely takes longer than the other washing machine that we had replaced this with. Other than that, it is very quite, no leaks, decent programing options, and is aesthetically pleasing. The great things about this washing machine far outweigh the irritating things. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family, as it provides a modern look with decent functionality at a great price.

"LG WM2140CW GREAT Washing Machine."
I have owned this washing machine for about 4 months and I have to say, "I love it!" The washing machine is very quiet when running although I did have to get it fixed for a small broken part in the machine. When the machine is working, it's great. I even use it daily! The washing machine is quiet except for when opening the door. When opening the door, you can hear a very loud clicking noise. I researched and couldn't find anyone else to have the same problem however. I dislike one thing beside the loud clicking noise though, this may sound superficial, but I hate the look of the machine. It works great, but it's just a very ugly machine. What was the manufacturer thinking? I would definitely buy this washing machine again. With all the bad washing machines I've had in the past, this one is amazing. If youre looking to buy a washing machine, don't go with anything besides the LG WM2140CW.

"THE WORST MACHINES I HAVE EVER OWNED"
My LG Washer Model # 1832CW and Dryer Model # DLG2532W have been the worst machines I have ever owned. The washer has broken down every year since I purchased with either leaking issues, mold, not cleaning clothes and the dryer's heating element have been replaced numerous times. I thank God that I have an extended warranty which I pay dearly for. I am very disappointed with these machines, and will in the future stick with other brands like Kenmore, Maytag and Whirlpool- I suggest you do the same

"Let the buyer beware"
I purchased my LG washer (WM0642HW) about 2 years ago because it had a good rating in consumer reports. Soon after we got it it started leaving clothes pretty funky smelling and didn't seem to be cleaning very well. Then I did a search on the internet and found that there were a number of complaints about the washer. (I don't know why I didn't check the internet before I bought it. On the other hand - usually the only ones that are complaining are those who feel shafted and feel the need to take the time to get onto the internet to write a review. That would be me now.) I kept using the machine doing frequent clean-outs and sanitizing with bleach. But that is just the beginning. About two months ago it began grinding when it was used. It sounded like gears grinding but I had always had belt driven washers before that and I wasn't even sure that could be a problem. Then approximately two weeks ago the tub stopped turning altogether. I did a search and found that the rotor assembly was in fact a gear assembly and decided to check that part. I found: 1) It is incredibly easy to access these parts is you want to check them - just remove the back access panel and unscrew the retaining bolt with a 17mm ratchet. 2) The rotor assembly gear consists of a cheap plastic toothed gear that had been completely stripped out and was the reason the tub wasn't turning. 3) In fact only 2/3 of the rotor assembly gear had been stripped because the retaining bolt was only tightened 2/3rds of the way, i.e., only 2/3 of the gear was in contact with the drive assembly. LG either has really bad quality control to let the machine go out like that or the design is faulty and it loosens during regular use. Either way be wary. Some other things I learned when trying to get this fixed: 1) LG customer assistance is useless. 2) When I asked for a part under the parts warranty they referred me to their parts supplier who informed me they would charge me approximately 140% of the cost for the part I eventually bought. 3) When I said it is under warranty they informed me that a LG accredited repair person would need to confirm the part needed replaced - which of course would require a minimum of a $100 home visit fee as well as the delays and inconvenience of being at home when they decided to visit. Believe me - any idiot can tell when a cheap plastic gear has been stripped of its teeth - particularly when it was installed incorrectly and the rear 1/3 of the teeth remain in the gear for comparison.4) the actually gear assembly - the cheap plastic part - is attached to a metal frame and is easily removed by removing three screws - but don't even try to replace the cheap plastic gear assembly that is worth probably ten bucks because they only sell the entire rotor assembly for $70 - $100+ if you buy from the supplier recommended by their consumer assistance people. Bottom line - LG is crap and I won't be buying from them again. (By the way - in my search for LG parts around here I discovered another problem - most of the appliance repair suppliers don't carry LG parts and they even took the time to mention that LG is so difficult to work with that they unilaterally stopped dealing with LG.) Let the buyer beware!
