I have not even owned this machine 4 years and it has already stopped working. I am very dissatisfied a washer should last no less than 5 -7 years before any major repairs, any repairs at all for that matter !!!

Just purchased Another one of your washers ? Have used this / YOur Products for Years Three different Machines ; Today we replaced one that just quit working ; Now i`ve been plagued with the Fact that my wife is ""Un Happy"" that the rinse cycle doesn`t get the clothes clean ? leaving a residue ! We will endevore to comply to the "Liberal Water Saving Feathures" of this Appliance ; but i want you to understand before you screw with something that does not need fix`n ; you should take a long vacation and LEAVE IT ALONE ; this type of Change has made my wife Furious ! Water in the Rinse cycle ; is needed to remove the Detergents !Yes we will use less detergents ! Yes we will be angry everytime we do ; Maybe you might advise your customers ""ahead of time"" that you are SCREWING UP YOUR PRODUCTS ! Why did you do this to a Good Product ! I don`t understand the fact that "we the people" can poop in the water system and it is Okay ? but we dare not dilute the same ? Good Gawd Allmighty ? We are disappointed ! Really are ! Thanks for your time ! Please fix the water level of these WASHING MACHINES SOON ! Tell me how i can fix it !

"I LOVE MY WASHING MACHINE"
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY ROPER WASHING MACHINE! IT IS HEAVY DUTY AND IT HAS BEEN THROUGH IT WITH ME. I CRAM AS MUCH AS I CAN IN THERE AND THEN SOME. IT NEVER FAILS TO GET THE JOB DONE. THERE ARE MULTIPLE SETTING FOR THE AMOUNT OF LOAD SIZE AND LENGTH AND TYPE OF WASH. I HAVE OWNED THE MACHINE FOR OVER 18 MONTHS, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO REPAIR IT. IT GETS USED ON A DAILY BASIS. I WAS SCARED AT FIRST TO PURCHASE IT, BECAUSE OF IT BEING A LOWER COST BRAND, BUT MY FEARS WERE WASHED AWAY QUICKLY. THERE IS NOT A THING THAT I COULD SAY I DISLIKE ABOUT IT. IT WAS CHEAPER BUT WORKS JUST AS GOOD AS THE MORE WELL KNOWN NAME BRANDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE TO EVERYONE. ROPER MAY NOT HAVE THE LARGE NAME RECOGNITION, BUT IT IS NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOKS. I GIVE IT FIVE STARS AND TWO THUMBS UP.

I bought this machine about 2 years ago just as a starter washer. It is a pretty no frills kind of machine. It also was the cheapest on the sales floor. The machine has a pretty basic control system. Two knobs control everything. It is not really designed for the techie or anyone that needs wash specialty clothes. It has a 2.5 cubic foot tub so you can get a few days clothes into the machine. It is not very energy saving, but I do not expect it to save like those HE washers they have. The thing I hate is that it's pretty loud sometimes when it spins but again it was the cheap model. I have to say thou, I have never had to fix the machine except when the hose got clogged once. It was not the hardest thing in the world to fix. Now if you were to ask me if I would tell my friends about it? I wouldn't unless I knew they needed the cheapest thing on the block. I hope that helps you figure out if you want this machine.
