"A Whirl of a Wash"
The Whirlpool washing machine has been an essential part of my laundry room now for two to three years approximately. It washes all my clothes in a timely manner within 40 - 45 minutes. The top load feature makes it very convenient to put heavy items such as comforters in it when loading the machine versus a front load washer. The directions on the knobs are very straight forward and easy for almost anyone to use. It is almost perfect in every way except for lint has accumulated in in the inside of the ring after doing multiple loads. While this is easy to clean, the amount of lint just seems to reappear every time the washer is opened. Due to this problem, I have noticed certain clothes are covered in balls of lint when being transferred over to the dryer. I have not had a problem with this Whirlpool machine yet, but I think it may be time to invest in a newer model in the near future.

"Nice Washer Except for Faulty Automatic Load Sensing Feature"
This washing machine is a top loading machine with the automatic load sensing feature. This feature is supposed to save water and energy which was a big selling point for me. Unfortunately this auto load sensing feature has caused some problems. The biggest problem was when the sensor went haywire and the washer was agitating while filling which kept the clothes from rinsing properly. A part had to be replaced to fix this. Another thing I don't like about the auto sense is that it doesn't work if you open the lid while it's fill. Aside from the bugs that come with the auto sense feature, this is a pretty good washing machine. It's very spacious and I can easily fit a king sized comforter or two full sized comforters in it. When it's operating properly it gets the clothes very clean without damaging them and the clothes spin out well which means less work for the dryer. Overall I would recommend this washer ONLY if they could improve on their automatic load sense technology. It is a nice idea but it just doesn't work that well. I would definitely advise to skip this feature if you are considering a Whirlpool washing machine because this would be a perfect washing machine without it.

"Washing Machine Review"
I have owned my Whirlpool washing machine for two years, and have loved it since the first load of laundry I washed using it. I love the large capacity of the drum inside, and how man clothes it can wash because of this. The only thing I don't like about the washer is that sometimes after washing extra fuzzy garments, such as fleece pants, theres some fuzz left in the drum of the washer which makes me have to clean it before doing another load so the fuzz doesn't transfer to other clothes. Other then that I love this washer, more than any other washer I've used. I have never had to replace anything on the washer or repair it. It has stood up to heavy washing and has had no real functioning problems. I would buy the same product again, or something from the same company, Whirlpool is the best company for large appliances such as washers. I would also tell friends to buy the same product if they were in the market for a washer.

"The Whirlpool WTW4800XQ 3.5 Cu Ft Top Load Washer is a fair priced washer."
I bought my Whirlpool WTW4800XQ 3.5 Cu Ft Top Load Washer about 3 years ago for 450 dollars at sears. Overall its a good washer for the price. The things I like about it would have to be that it can hold a lot without your clothes remaining dirty or your washer over flowing which I hadnt expected being that it is so cheap. I also love the settings it has many settings for any sort of clothes that you need to wash. I also loved the price. After now having it for 3 years if I could do it over I think I would have went with a more expensive washer. I dont like the sound of the washer it is really loud. Luckily my laundry room is in my basement so I dont have to hear it that bad. Also, the washer breaks easily I had to replace the timer about a year after having it. Also its really bulky it is much bigger than other washers it takes up more room than it needs to. Overall this washer is great for the price however compared to the more expensive washers it really cant compare. If I could do this purchase over again I would have bought a more higher end washer. I would reccomend this to a friend who doesnt mind not having all the pros of a higher end washer such as quietness, size and efficency.

"Why I Love My Washing Machine"
I have had my washing machine from Whirlpool for three years. I am absolutely satisfied with it. First of all, it is extremely easy to operate. There is only one knob and a button that you can push to turn it on. I don't like machines that are too complicated, so this washer was just right for me. I also love the fact that it is so quiet when it is washing my clothes. I can do loads of laundry without fear that I am going to wake up my infant. The only negative thing I can think of is that I wish it was a tiny bit larger, but the washing machine is of such good quality that I don't care what size it is. My washing machine has never broken down or had to be repaired. I would buy this machine over again if I needed to, and I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends. In fact, two of my friends have already bought one!

"Loud Washer But A Good One"
I have owned this washing machine for three years. The number one greatest aspect of this washer is the large load capacity. This machine can handle very large loads. No matter the load size. the fabrics always come out smelling clean and looking good. There are four different load size setting, three temperature settings, and six cycles from which to choose. Aside from all the nice washing options, this washer is loud. Even after leveling this machine it still rocks and shakes the whole room. The washing machine does not automatically shut off when the lid is lifted. I have accidentally ran the machine all the way through the wash cycle without shutting the lid. Fortunately, no harm was done, but I could see this to be dangerous during the spin cycle. Nothing has yet needed to be replaced. I would buy this brand of washer again, although, I do not think I would buy this model again.

"Washing Wonder Machine"
I have owned this washing machine for a few months now. It was a Christmas present to myself after my last washing machine stopped working, and I have never in my life been more thrilled when washing clothes. This machine does such a good job. It's not noisy, and it's energy efficient, which I love. I have it in the pink-ish color, and I love the FanFresh option. What this does is keep your laundry fresh for up to 16 hours. I just love how I can pull my clothes out when I get home from work, and they still smell good. I would definitely buy a Whirlpool washer again, and I am even considering replacing my dryer now that I have purchased this amazing washer. I have never had to make any repairs to my washer since I've had it, and I would definitely recommend this washing machine to anyone who is looking to purchase a really great one.

"pretty good whirlpool washer has lasted a long time"
My Whirlpool washing machine, model specified above, came with the house when I bought the house 10 years ago. I am satisfied with it.The washer was at least 4 years old then. It still works pretty well. The clothes come out clean. I have never had a service call on this washer. This washing machine is top loader, and not especially water efficient. I will continue to use it as long as the clothes get clean, and the floors stay dry. If you find one of these for free if you pick it up, I say get it, it's worth borrowing a pickup truck for.

"Whirlpool WTW5520SQ0 Washing Machine Review"
I have owned the Whirlpool WTW5520SQ0 Washing Machine for 2.5 years. As a washing machine, it gets the job done, meaning my clothes are clean when I take them out of the washer. It can hold a lot of clothes and it is not overly noisy. I have never had any parts break and I have never had to have it repaired. One thing that I really dislike about this washing machine is loading it up. When I load my washing machine, I typically pour the detergent in, turn on the water, and begin filling it with clothing. The issue is that the dials are so sensitive that unless you are very careful, when you raise the lid while the water is filling, it pushes in the dial and stops the flow of water. I have to be extremely gentle with lifting the lid so I can continue to load clothes while the water fills up. For this reason, I would not recommend this model to a friend and I may consider buying a different brand the next time I purchase a washer.
